Individual Therapy in San Diego
Individual therapy is a one-on-one process, usually on a weekly basis. These sessions will be based on you and the issues you want to address. Typically this is an intensive process, where I will help to create a safe space for you to begin to stretch yourself and begin to explore yourself in a deep, meaningful way. It is my goal to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, have increased self-esteem, and be more comfortable with your place in the world.
